Womb Yoga is a sacred, somatic practice curated and guided by me- a yoga teacher and ceremonial womb keeper. Through the weaving of breath, meditation, and embodied movement, you are invited to release what has become stuck and return to your wholeness.
Whether you hold a physical womb, a remembered one, or a symbolic connection to this space, this practice welcomes you. You’ll be guided to reconnect with the power, softness, and intuition that lives within your womb - a space that holds so many of our stories, emotions, and truths.
In this 75-minute ceremonial class, you’ll move slowly and intentionally through the hips, heart, throat and jaw - gently unravelling stuck energy and making space for remembrance, release, and reconnection.
